The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) awards ambitious global professionals for full-time master’s studies in Sweden. Professionals with at least two years of working experience can apply for this highly competitive scholarship.
Application process:
First step: Apply for a master’s program using the following website-https://www.universityadmissions.se/intl/start.
One can apply for up to four eligible programs.
Deadline: 17 JAN 2022.
Second step: Apply for SI scholarship between 10 FEB 2021 – 28 FEB 2022.

Eligibility criteria:
Work experience: at least 3,000 hours of working experience from a maximum of 3 institutes (full/ part-time)
University Eligibility Criteria: Applicants have to pay tuition fees to Swedish universities, follow the steps of university admission, and be admitted to one of the eligible master’s programs within the deadline.
Leadership experience: leadership experiences from current or previous employment are required.
English language proficiency score: The minimum required score varies according to the varsity admission criteria. But doctors graduating from any public or private Medical college of Bangladesh can apply without IELTS/ TOEFL. In that case, the institute’s name must be listed on the World Directory of Medical Schools.

Point to be noted:
- While applying for admission, Bachelor’s transcript must be attested by the respective university register and sent via courier to Sweden. The courier need to be sent by university authority within a sealed envelope.
- SSIGP scholarship focuses on SDG. While writing the motivational letter, it should be kept in mind.
