Mpox (Formerly MonkeyPox) is an infectious disease caused by the Mpox virus. WHO declares Mpox outbreak a public health emergency. There is no specific treatment for mpox and the virus will usually run its course in 2-4 weeks. Anyone can get Mpox regardless of age, gender, race, or sexual orientation.
