So, i was having the worst time in my life regarding my academic issues for last 6 months. This situation of mine also made me create distance with my close people. And also i had a fear of being judged everytime i met someone. So, it forced me kinda avoiding people which lead me to loneliness for some time being. I used be so down mentally. Exactly in that time, i became a regular associate of WSIF ( Though i was working with them since 2018). And i cannot put my gratitude in words for WSIF. A place where i could breathe freely without the fear of being judged. Morever, when i used to work for WSIF or communicate with my team members or get involved in responding in the group, i used to forget my mental trauma. And when i used to spend my most of the days thinking i am good for nothing, an appreciation from Koly apu would make my day. Alhamdulillah, i brought myself out from that phase of life for now.
I also want to share some realizations i had in my difficult times –
1. Ups and downs are inevitable parts, you can’t avoid it.
2. Everything you think you deserve, can’t be achieved always. You have to be okay with it.
3. You are not the only one on the earth who is suffering. We always have fellow sufferers.
4.There will be always someone who cares for you, you just have to look around.
5. Self care is a must. And praying is the part of that self care.
6. Finding out a new passion /new hobby in bad times helps.
7. If you can’t adjust with your regular surroundings, its okay to find some new people.
8. Cry, but always get up, dress up and do something which make you feel good after an episode of crying.
9. Its not forever. This time will pass.
10. Finally, don’t hold onto the past. Look forward always.
