Borderline Personality Disorder is an adult’s mental disorder that is associated with distorted thoughts, feelings and actions toward own self and others that hampers normal life a lot and creates self-image issues (negative self-image), problem in maintaining relationships (marital stress, divorce), and job dissatisfaction (repeated job changes).

- Opt in for professional help: If the condition is not controllable, professional help must be taken by a mental health professional.
Most importantly, it requires a lot of time to bring emotional and behavioral changes, so one must not blame himself or herself for the disorder rather should get involved in the treatment plan for personal betterment.
