Today I am going to discuss about Anxiety and it’s Management with you.

Though Anxiety is an emotion like others and it’s a normal and necessary human function but sometimes we are getting stuck by our excessive tension or anxiety. In such cases our performance getting down, daily life hampered.

So here are some techniques to manage our Anxiety. I hope the techniques listed below can help you to cope with your anxiety,

1. Accept that you can not control everything.

2. Do not focus on the perfection, just do your best.

3. Try to make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

4. Try to understand what things triggers your anxiety and write about it when you are feeling anxious or stressed.

5. Get enough sleep.

6. Relaxation exercise or deep breathing can limits your anxiety level, so try it whenever you get anxious.

7. Take a timeout, Do whatever you like, listening music, swimming, maintaining a personal log, Dancing etc…

8. Talk to someone.

9. Positive self talk can also be an effective method like, I am brave, I am beautiful, I can forgive people etc…
