Activities conducted:
- Participants were given chance to share their feelings and expectations from this session in the first part.
- There was an interesting interactive activity where the participants had to share one of their good memory to others.
- Mridula Amatun Noor, the Youngest Kilimanjaro conqueror, attended the session and gave an inspiring speech. She shared about managing her stress, anxiety during student life. Later she also described how she conquered Kilimanjaro despite knowing there was no chance of coming back.
- At the end, the winner of “Story Writing Competition on mental health topics”, Umme Kulsum Lipi was awarded with a crest by team members of WSIF.
