Monzia Mushtaq holds a BSc in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Dhaka. In addition to her broad expertise in the mental health sector, she is an internationally certified instructor in breathing and meditation. She joined the Women Support Initiative Forum (WSIF) from its inception, inspired by how the platform promotes women’s empowerment. One of the unique aspects Monzia appreciates about WSIF is that it brings together women from diverse backgrounds and cohorts, encouraging mutual support and the journey toward self-empowerment.
Moreover, WSIF boasts a team of certified psychologists who provide mental health counseling, as well as lead workshops and seminars. This expert pool works collaboratively to help each client address her individual challenges.
