  • How Yoga & meditation would help
  • Strategies & Techniques
  • Benefits of yoga and meditation

Activities conducted:

  • Natural breathing was practiced
  • Some breathing exercise were demonstrated
  • Few stretching shown
  • Yoga postures and yogic relaxation described and demonstrated
  • At the end of the session, our mental health quote contest winner shared a few inspirational words and received a crest as a token of love from WSIF.
