  • Symptoms of Depression
  • Ways to overcome depression
  • Management of Depression
  • Importance of self-love
  • How mind controls our day-to-day activities
  • Mind-Body Dualism
  • Dealing with stressful events
  • Improvement of our lifestyles

Activities conducted:

  • The participants had to share verbal greetings with each other at the beginning of the session. 
  • During the session there was an interesting “role play” performed by the participants and the facilitators regarding the management of depression. 
  • There was a segment for ‘Meditation’ which made everyone relaxed and was very comforting. 

Famous singer Farzana Wahid Shayan also attended the session at EMK Center and shared a few of her thoughts with everyone and made an end of the session by singing a beautiful song.
