Activities conducted:
- The participants had to share verbal greetings with each other at the beginning of the session.
- During the session there was an interesting “role play” performed by the participants and the facilitators regarding the management of depression.
- There was a segment for ‘Meditation’ which made everyone relaxed and was very comforting.
Famous singer Farzana Wahid Shayan also attended the session at EMK Center and shared a few of her thoughts with everyone and made an end of the session by singing a beautiful song.
