Activities conducted:
We had a motivational speaker, Kamrun Nahar Dana, sharing her own ways of self-care and maintain being happy in life. In this session, a short meditation was conducted by the facilitator which gave an amazing experience to the participants. Later with a question-answer session and discussion, the awareness session came to an end.
