Some say girlfriends time is the best therapy not coffee not travel. but when you have them all its called ‘mental haven’. my friend and I are not the the richest or most privileged but we never lost hope on each other.. first ‘us time’ was 2/3 years ago in Ctg. with life adventures we ended up in the UK enjoying a holiday by the beach in most beautiful weather. who knew? all because we didnt give up on each other.. 

Ladies.. find time for yourselves to unwind and enjoy life to the fullest however minimum it maybe is.
