Impact of Psychology at Women Empowerment

Psychology being one of the pillars in building women empowerment, which is also linked with social development, but in my opinion, it is the most vital part to provide women stability towards achieving empowerment. Although, mental health conditions are alike despite gender,  it took years for researcher to identify that gender neutral approaches to service provision fail to recognise the precise needs of women due to women’s relatively lower incomes and access to household resources and responsibility for childcare and other caring responsibilities, needless to mention sexual abuse and domestic violence. The vast impact WSIF has made in the modern society of Bangladesh and abroad in just less than 4 years, including myself and my circle of friends and family is truly remarkable.
