  • Considering the context and factors involved

  • Focusing on realistic goals
  1. Generate Solutions:
  • Taking different perspectives to create compatible solutions
  • Consider taking second opinions in times of confusion
  1. Evaluate Options:
  • Assess the pros and cons of each solution.
  • Consider the feasibility of delegating tasks based on available resources
  1. Make a Decision:
  • Choose the best solution based on evaluation and trust
  • If the above steps were followed correctly then be confident about your judgement
  1. Implement the Solution:
  • Put together everything to generate action
  1. Monitor Progress:
  • Keep track of how the solution is in progress by regularly reviewing, comparing to the action plan

  • Assess the outcomes of the solution
  • Did it solve the problem?
  • Is it effective?
  • Are you content with the outcome?
