Reminder to distressed soul

Sometimes we suffer from diverse heavy emotions all at once. This may seem like a colossal wave of distress, looks unbearable and the tunnel end appears too dark, we feel hopeless.

Kind reminder to your distressed soul:

  1. Take a pause: Make an understanding of your situation
  2. Pick one issue at a time (can be according to intensity or emergency): Do not rush to solve all at once
  3. Try to process it wholly (write journal: your thoughts, emotions, behaviour, needs): plan some action: execute

(**Professional help would be better while doing this part)

  1. Be consistent but do not forget to be compassionate to yourself if you sometimes fail to tick your commitments
  2. Identify your motivating factors and give yourself credit for every little steps you take forward

Intending to do self-help is very important in the way of healing
