Sometimes we suffer from diverse heavy emotions all at once. This may seem like a colossal wave of distress, looks unbearable and the tunnel end appears too dark, we feel hopeless.
Kind reminder to your distressed soul:
- Take a pause: Make an understanding of your situation
- Pick one issue at a time (can be according to intensity or emergency): Do not rush to solve all at once
- Try to process it wholly (write journal: your thoughts, emotions, behaviour, needs): plan some action: execute

- Be consistent but do not forget to be compassionate to yourself if you sometimes fail to tick your commitments
- Identify your motivating factors and give yourself credit for every little steps you take forward
